It’s unusual for a device to leave our production facilities in its standard form.

Based on requirements and customer approval, we select suitable components and procedural steps for customized production.

Our strength lies mainly in the fact that we are able to produce customerspecific batch sizes, from small-scale series to several hundred units.

This can involve developing your new product entirely from scratch, including the mechanical components.

32" panel IPCs, dustproof to IP54

Application: Large displays on an industrial production line

Levels of protection for big screen LCDs and panel PCs from 32" become complex and costly due to the power dissipation of large panels. Our solution was to encapsulate the 32" panel IPC with Atom CPU in a chassis with forced ventilation (IP54 protection with filters).

Application: Point of information terminals for retail use

The SlimLine 15" panel PC was converted into a customer information centre. The housing was modified, fitted with a barcode scanner and powder-coated in the chosen color. Customers would then be able to scan goods themselves to obtain product information.

Embedded IPC: new development

Application: Control computer for CNC machines

Additional interfaces were added to the fanless embedded IPC with Intel® Atom CPU and a larger heat sink was fitted. The housing was enlarged for this purpose and incorporated a customer-specific mounting fixture.

LCD monitors for exotic video timings (long-term availability)

Application: VDUs for laser surgery equipment

The mechanical components, display and controller must remain unchanged for at least three years. This was ensured by choosing components with long-term availability. The controller processes video signals that diverge significantly from the VESA standard. Other customer-specific modifications included a 9~36 V_DC power input and a housing with EMI shielding.

Application: Point of sale terminals (15") in an industrial setting

Due to potential exposure to dust and dirt and the prospect of non-stop operation, an industrial version was designed with IP protection and internal heat management. The housing matched the customer's design in terms of form and color.
